Dr. Holland has had the pleasure of knowing Alison McNally for over a decade, and she couldn't be more impressed with her nursing and aesthetic skills. Alison is passionate about helping patients feel their personal best and takes a personalized approach to every treatment plan. She is a great listener, communicates with empathy, compassion, and sincerity, and works closely with patients to align their goals with the most appropriate treatments. Alison specializes in providing injectable, laser, and radio frequency treatments, along with BioTE hormone therapy.
Alison began her career as a licensed aesthetician providing specialized skin care treatments in various settings, including day spas, dermatology, and cosmetic surgery practices. She then went on to earn her registered nursing degree in 2005 and her bachelor's in nursing in 2022, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to advancing in her field and refining processes. She regularly attends national conferences, hands-on trainings, and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. Alison is a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated professional who is committed to helping our patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
When she's not at work, Alison enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, dog, and cat. She also likes working on creative projects and exploring the outdoors here in Maine.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT / LAB TECH
Liz's upbringing in Fort Kent, where she worked in the potato fields, instilled in her a strong work ethic at a young age. With over 10 years of experience in the medical field as a CNA, medical assistant, and scribe, Liz was well-prepared for her transition into medical aesthetics, where she is passionate about helping patients feel better.
Before joining Holland Plastic Surgery, Liz worked at a busy aesthetics practice, gaining extensive knowledge of injectables, skincare, aesthetic devices, and treatments. She handles all clinical needs of the office and works closely with Dr. Holland to ensure positive outcomes for all patients. Liz directly assists Dr. Holland with in-office procedures and provides compassionate support throughout each patient's surgical journey.
Liz's expertise, passion, and dedication make her a valuable member of the Holland Plastic Surgery team, committed to providing exceptional care and support to each patient.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys traveling and camping on the lake with her friends and family. She is currently enrolled in nursing school, demonstrating her commitment to her profession and lifelong learning.

Stephanie's journey with Holland Plastic Surgery began as a medical receptionist, where she interacted closely with our team and patients. Currently enrolled in medical assisting school, Stephanie is actively expanding her skills and knowledge in healthcare.
Her extensive background in customer service spans diverse domains, including cosmetology, phlebotomy, optometry, and roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Stephanie's experience also includes co-owning a local small business, demonstrating her adaptability and understanding of various industries.
Stephanie takes pride in her ability to form meaningful connections with patients. Her warm and empathetic demeanor fosters trust and comfort, ensuring each patient's journey is met with personalized care and positivity.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Stephanie enjoys crocheting, embarking on short road trips, and cherishing time with her husband, three daughters, and grandchildren.

Hope began her medical career in 2001 and has been operating medical-grade lasers and devices for over two decades. She worked alongside family practice physicians before heading west to Arizona. During her time there, she earned her Laser Technician Certification from the National Laser Institute in 2010, marking the beginning of her journey as a laser expert. For several years thereafter, she thrived out west, perfecting her skills. Her commitment to excellence and passion for transformative treatments earned her recognition as a trusted expert in the field.
Hope's desire to expand her knowledge and passion for skincare led her to pursue an Aesthetics License in 2018 from the Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME. This additional qualification opened new avenues for her, allowing her to integrate traditional facial services seamlessly with her laser-based treatments.
Hope continues to excel in her field, providing exceptional expertise and care to her patients. Patients and colleagues alike admire Hope for her genuine energy and ability to put others at ease. Her warm and approachable demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and comfort, making each patient's journey a relaxing and rewarding experience.
Outside of work, Hope finds joy in spending time with her husband and twins, enthusiastically cheering them on at their sporting events. She also has a passion for hiking, camping, and anything that gets her outdoors.

Since 2010, Ashley has been working alongside Dr. Holland, demonstrating a genuine passion for the medical and aesthetic industry. Her extensive expertise in surgical procedures, non-surgical services, skincare and management makes her an invaluable asset to the practice.
Ashley is responsible for managing and maintaining all in-office systems, including social media and website operations. Her top priority is providing personalized assistance to ensure patients' experiences with Holland Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics exceed all expectations.
Committed to professional growth, Ashley has been attending specialized education in plastic surgery for almost two decades. She regularly participates in industry seminars, workshops, and certification courses to stay current with the latest advancements in the field, ensuring best practices for both patients and team members.
In addition to her work at Holland Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics, Ashley also serves as the Affiliate Director for I Support the Girls Maine, where she manages all donations.
When not at work, Ashley spends her time enjoying quality time with her husband, two boys, and Goldendoodle, Meadow. She has a passion for photography and home decor, and she loves to explore and create in those areas. She’s also in her self-proclaimed “Sourdough Era”!

Debbie is a highly skilled administrative professional with over a decade of experience in reception, medical billing, transcription, and customer service. She is committed to providing the highest level of service to patients and ensuring that their experience with the practice is positive and seamless. In addition, with over 20 years of experience as a Cosmetologist and Makeup Artist, she brings extensive knowledge of the aesthetic and beauty industry to the team.
Debbie takes the time to get to know every patient that walks through the door and provides them with personalized care and attention. She manages incoming phone calls, schedules appointments, and answers any additional questions patients may have. Her warm and friendly personality creates a welcoming atmosphere, and patients appreciate her attentiveness and professionalism.
Apart from her work, Debbie is a self-proclaimed "skills collector" who enjoys making jewelry and gardening. She is always eager to learn new things and takes an interest in personal development. Debbie also enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, making the most of every opportunity to create memories with her family.
