HOLLAND PLASTIC SURGERY IS THE MAINE AFFILIATE FOR I SUPPORT THE GIRLS.
Our journey began in 2017 when Dr. Holland, in establishing her private practice, sought ways to support our community. Given our predominantly female patient base, which includes individuals undergoing breast surgery, partnering with 'I Support the Girls' seemed like a natural fit. Our entire team is passionately involved, fostering a fantastic atmosphere of community engagement and support. Through our collective efforts, we aspire to make a meaningful impact by providing essential support and care to those who need it most.
I Support the Girls serves a vital role in collecting and distributing essential items—bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products—to individuals facing homelessness, poverty, or distress. Every donation we receive goes directly to women and individuals in need across Maine. It's important to note that donations of any kind of bra—sports bras, nursing bras, maternity bras, training bras, lacy bras—and sealed packages of tampons and maxi pads are highly valued and make a significant difference.
Donations are welcome during our regular business hours, at all our events, and we actively support and organize statewide donation drives. Your generosity helps us uphold the dignity and well-being of those navigating challenging circumstances.
